My journey in yoga began with at home GAIAM videos on VHS tapes in a suburban house on the corner of SE 13th Court in Deerfield Beach Florida, a former Montessori school !

In 2011 I started my Bikram Yoga obsession in Melbourne, Australia!

Then in 2019 I traveled to Barcelona, Spain to earn my YOGABODY Trapeze Teacher Certificate

I have been advised to write another book about my yoga journey but essentially lacking the resources to do so has created a bunch of mishaps etc
